THE WORD OF LIFE
We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life.
1 John 1:1 NLT
In our theme verse, Jesus, the word of God, is described as the word of life. This gives us insight into a revelation of Christ. That He is life. And not just that He is life, But He is God's life communicated to us. That is, He is God's life, sent to us.
The word of life is the message of life. The message whose content is life, and who imparts life to anyone who receives it. God's word brings God's life to anywhere it is accepted. He brings life to anyone who receives Him.
It doesn't matter what the situation looks like right now. It doesn't matter how hopeless things seem to be, just get exposed to the word, and hope will fill the room again. Jesus is God's life to us. He will never leave anything dead or hopeless.
Therefore refuse to accept death. Your life will not end. Your Christ given vision will not die. Your health is preserved. Do not permit any death around you. God's word is here to restore you. Therefore receive His word today, and speak life again. Glory to God.
Affirmation: I and the vision God has given me will not die. My health is preserved. I am fully equipped to do all the Lord has commanded me to do. I live for Christ. And I live in His glory. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen.
