Acts 20:serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations...” (v.19).
Faith expressed is shown in the act -of faithfulness.
Rendering these acts shows whom or what we have great trust in.
It shows what takes the bigger part of your life, it shows what you can never be apart from. It is as though you die if you live apart.
This is a service which can be seen in any aspect of a genuine human being.
It is not a display of faithlessness it is an expression of absolute Trust.
Such an amount of trust is given to the one who all indications have proved that he can do all and everything and is worthy of being served.
Coming in contact with a being who since its entire existence, has never failed,
Who is constant and on time in keeping His promises.
Who in his ethical nature is unchangeable.
Who is firm and unshakable.
We have seen his works, We've heard about them.
We have experienced him and confirmed that all said about him is the truth.
Such a being is worthy of all trust.
We grow with strong desires, with a true burden, earnest desires that the world would experience and see what you've seen
"For we cannot but speak of what we have seen and heard.”Acts 4:2
Living apart from him is almost not possible. Living in doubt too isn't obtainable at this point. All Allegiance is to him.
A faithful servant is full of trust and faith in his master and will never betray, relax or disengage from service to him.
He is devoted and is trustworthy. He refreshes the soul of his master.
A faithful servant grows to become like his master.
Grows to express love and peace.
Carries out the Father's business with all diligence.
He even in tough times stays loyal, serving with all humility of mind even with many tears and temptations.
A faithful servant, one who will never think of himself apart from his maker.
A faithful servant, one who runs quickly to the work field even when it's clear that there are robbers but with a word from the master, he is at peace.
A faithful servant longs constantly for the voice who without the voice can't make a move.
Who has said, " I am all thine"
Following even unto death.
Who doesn't count sorrows as sorrows but counts it all joy for his master?
A faithful servant to God.
We long to serve him faithfully.
But something happens, what could this be?
Many loyal men.
But to whom?
Numerous in the body of Christ are into service and are diligent in them but seems as though the faithfulness is unto themselves.
Many have piped the loyalty to themselves.
Many because of some little accolades have deviated from the course.
Many who along the line fell into lust but still protect the high seats and pretend to serve.
Many have faithfully served but for upgrades in seats, high places.
Faithfully served but put their interest before the Lord's.
Faithfully played your role in the house of God but for a selfish reason.
There are services acceptable and reasonable.
Most surprisingly,
it started rightly but what happened?
Why the change of course?
Signals fly around, we take note and accept any thought not remembering that which makes up our members.
Take heed of yourself brethren.
The heart of man is desperately wicked...
you cannot know it...
It is all-important even in faithful service, that we constantly check ourselves to be transparent and run to the Father if any hole is discovered.
The idea of concealing sin traps a man. Staying true always is an attribute of a faithful servant.
While serving, temptations abound, but we must not fail.
We must constantly run to the father.
We must not go back on the faith.
We must not give up.
Will we be able to do these things?
We don’t know for sure, But this one thing we know:
God s faithful!
Faithful is He that called you, who also will do it.
1 Corinthians 1013 "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide a way of escape, that you may be able to endure.
Strive to remain faithful in service to God.
For indeed a crown awaits thy faithful and good servants.
