TO HEAR THE SOUND OF VICTORY, YOU HAVE TO BE DEAF.

Apostle Joshua Selman shared the story of a man that was climbing a mountain. 

While he climbed, the people down kept telling him to come down, some told him that he won't be able to climb the mountain, some told him that he will fall and loose his life, others told him that there is no way he can make it to the top, but the man kept climbing.

When the man got to the top of the mountain, he jumped victoriously.

 That was when the people realized that the men could not hear them all this while, the man is deaf.

Imagine if the man could hear all the negative comments?

Imagine if he heard their discouragement and gave up.

The man kept climbing because he couldn't hear them.

Sometimes for you to climb to the top in life and hear the sound of victory, you have to be deaf.

You have to be deaf to the voice of your poor background telling you that your back is meant to be on the ground all through your life.

You have to be deaf to the voice of your past, reminding you of the failures of your yesterday that can stop you from achieving the success of today.

You have to be deaf to that accusing voice reminding you of how you were raped, how the man walked out on you before the wedding, how the woman betrayed you.

For you to climb to the top in your sphere of influence, you have to be deaf to the voice of inferiority complex, that keeps telling you that you are worthless and there ain't much to you.

If truly you desire to climb to the top in life and hear the sound of victory, you have to be deaf to certain voices.

Dear Jesus, i believe that you are the son of God, i believe that you died for my sins and resurrected to give me eternal life, i accept your life by faith, i accept you to be my Lord, King and Personal Saviour, forgive my sins and help me to live for you and your kingdom, Amen.
