THAT MIND OF OBEDIENCE
And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Philippians 2:8
Christians need to understand, that just as they claim Christ's protection, power, love, health etc, they must also claim His obedience, attitude and character. There are too many people, seeking to live a power filled Christian life,
And to enjoy all of God's protection, divine health and so on, but are not willing to submit themselves in obedience to God to follow His will and His way. Well, such people will only get frustrated,
Because many times, God's power, protection, health, etc, are in stored up in your obedience to Him. Jesus died to build your character. He died to teach you obedience to God. You can't handle authority without being under authority.
Therefore let the same mind which was in Christ, also be in you, humble yourself and choose to follow His will for your life only. Start with the word. In these you'll find peace. You're blessed. TCF
