DON'T LOOSE YOUR PROGRESS
“Only let us hold true to what we have already attained and walk and order our lives by that.” Philippians 3:16 AMPC
A scheme of the devil, against Christians who are advancing and making progress in Christ is to set them up to lose their progress which they've made over time. He does his best to put them in situations that would suggest that they're only back to square one again.
Note that this scheme would come, so guard against it. When you're building, understand that your progress must be sustained by the power of God and by your disciplined agreement with Him. And He who sustains you is faithful in His work.
But even if you find yourself in a situation that seems to suggest that you're back where you began, don't stay there, don't accept it! It's the devil trying to rob you off your progress. Would you rather believe circumstances or would you believe God and His grace which you have received?
Get up, dust yourself, set your heart right with God in repentance, and move with Him again. That same grace which got you there before, will catapult you right back! His grace is sufficient for you, and your life is for His glory. You're blessed. TCF
