MAKE IT A POINT
endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4:3
We know that in Christ Jesus we’ve been joined as one body, knitted together in the love of our Father. We are called to live a life of peace , even in our dealings with others and ourselves. But many times naturally it’s not just going to happen that peace and unity will be preserved just like that.
Just as we don’t leave our walk of holiness and righteousness to Time and chance, that’s how we must not leave our peace and unity walk to time and chance as well.We must endeavor to keep the unity of the Holy Spirit amongst us by ensuring that from the depth of our hearts, we walk in peace.
To endeavor is to make it a point. To be intentional about it. Be easily understanding, be easily forgiving, be humble, be gentle, and be nice. As much as it depends on you, be at peace with all people why?
Because the Holy Spirit needs you to be at peace and unity with others, so He can express His love through you. Don’t limit God in you with an angry or quarrelsome life. Choose to intentionally work out unity with others and so express fully the love of Christ. You’re blessed. TCF
