WE DO NOT PRAY IN VAIN!
Isaiah 45:19
I have not spoken in secret, In a dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Jacob, ‘Seek Me in vain’; I, the LORD, speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
Many times, Christians don't pray with an assurance in their hearts that God will answer their prayers. Many people have a skeptical mind about God. They think "Well, He may not even answer, but let me just pray, so that it'll be on record that I prayed at all".
Such mindset is the reason many people pray without receiving answers at all. We have an assurance in the Word, that when we pray for anything, according to His will, He hears us, and if we know He hears us, then we know that we have the petitions that we asked Him. (1 John 5:14-15)
So do you know God hears you? Are you convinced about it? If you are certain you prayed with the right motive and in the will of God, then believe you are answered already! He didn't call us to call upon Him in vain.
He is more interested in answering than we are even interested in praying. So we must learn to trust Him. When we pray to the Father in the name of Jesus, Whatever it is you asked, believe you have it and it's yours. (Mark 11:24). You're blessed. -TCF
