THINGS TO BE MULTIPLIED
Jude 1:2- May mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you.
2 Peter 1:2- Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord;
Sometimes, Christians don't grow spiritually because they are too busy asking for the wrong things. If you ask for the wrong things from God, then you'd receive nothing from Him, because He doesn't give wrong things.
For apt spiritual growth, it's expedient to understand things that can be multiplied in you, and how to get them multiplied. Some of them are grace, peace, love, and mercy. For apt spiritual growth, you must understand that these things can be multiplied. Now how do you get them multiplied in you?
By just paying for them to be multiplied? No! 2 Peter 1:2 gives us a huge secret. He says grace and peace are multiplied through the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ. 2 John 1:2-3 gives us another huge clue. He says, because of the truth which abides in us, and will be with us, forever, grace, mercy and peace will be with us.
Finally James 4:6 reveals that humility makes God give us more grace. You see the secret to getting these things multiplied? Knowledge of God, having the truth abide in you, by abiding in it, and remaining sincerely humble. Why are these important? They are spiritual truths which many have overlooked! Don't overlook them.
