PRAY ON PROPHECIES
ISAIAH 37:15
Then Hezekiah prayed to the LORD, saying:

When Israel was surrounded by the Assyrians, King Hezekiah sent men to try prophet Isaiah, and immediately words of prophecy were released over Israel and Assyria, stating how God would over throw the Assyrians in a miraculous way. Now despite this prophecy, the King of Assyria, actually went ahead, and began to destroy the town of libnah which was a fortified city in Judah.
The prophecy had already gone forth, but it was as though just the opposite of the prophecy was happening. Did this mean the prophecy was fake? No! Absolutely not! But then, when a word of prophecy is released over a person, people or state, they can't afford to just sit down and fold their hands simply because God's mind has been revealed.
Doing so is highly irresponsible, and may cost them the fulfillment of the prophecy. The persons affected by a prophecy, must get a hold of the prophetic word over them, and pray on those words of prophecy. Doing so gives God legal right to bring His Word in such a life to fulfillment.
Prophecies don't happen in isolation. They happen hand in glove with the person who received the prophecy, and this is fulfilled in the place of continuous prayer upon the prophetic word. Be wise! Don't loose the fulfillment of prophecies because of lack of prayer. Be wise. Start praying continually upon prophecies you've received about you. You're blessed. -TCF
