THINK BETTER THOUGHTS
1 John 3:1
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
So the secret to living above sin consciousness and being aware of God's love is simply believing and understanding the nature of God; His nature which is pure and perfect love; and understanding what He did for you at salvation. He totally forgave all your sins, and made you a man willing and able to live in righteousness and Holiness. That's who you are. That's who He has made you to be.
It all boils down to renewing your mind with the Word of God, to understand and see yourself in the light of who you now are. You're such a lovely person. Why would you doubt God's love. Why would you always think about sin or be scared of sin when you have been delivered from it.
There are better things to think of. Think of holiness, think of righteousness, think of the power of God, think of the love of God. Think of the beauty and truth of having Christ in you. Think of the joy of having your precious Father, and Lord Jesus Christ come back to take you to be with Him at the rapture. He's not leaving you behind, and you must believe it and act accordingly, living for Him everyday.
So be glad! Refuse to think fearful, wrong and worldly thoughts. Whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are right, good and admirable things, things worthy of praise from God, beloved, think on these things (Philippians. 4:8). You're so blessed and your Father loves you! -TCF
