THE STAFF OF THE FREE HOSPITAL RECEIVES CASH GIFT OF 1 MILLION NAIRA.
On Saturday, July 18th 2020 during the one year anniversary celebration of the OPM free specialist Hospital, two National youth service corps members serving in the free hospital had the privilege of giving their speeches.
Dr Uche, one of the serving corps members talked about his wonderful experience in the free Hospital. He stated that the staff and management of the free Hospital was the easiest people he had ever worked with. He became emotional as he went further to talk about the swift free delivery services rendered by the free specialist Hospital.
Miss Benson Godshelp, an indegene of bayelsa state and a graduate of university of calabar was also given the opportunity to speak.
No eyes was dry as miss Benson began narrating the poverty she was born into, according to her she is the first graduate from both her paternal and maternal families. Her widowed mother who is a farmer struggled to see her through school.
When she knelt down before Apostle Chibuzor asking for his blessing so that the yoke of poverty is broken from her life and so that she could succeed, the expression on the face of Apostle Chibuzor who had Rosen to his feet was a clear indication that his kind heart had gone out to the young corper.
After praying for the corpers and blessing them, the young corpers happily went to their seats thinking that, that was all.
Apostle Chibuzor who is man that is full of surprises shocked the corpers and everyone seated as he awarded an all expense paid scholarship to the corp members.
The corp members who were given the options of working in the Uk or furthering their studies in Poland couldnt believe their ears and were so excited that they cried tears of joy. According to Apostle Chibuzor their visa processing begins immediately.
Apostle Chibuzor said a vote of thanks to the diligent and hardworking staff of the free specialist Hospital and commended them for their professional human relations.
On behalf of the staff and management of the free Hospital, the MD of the free specialist Hospital, Dr. Mrs E. Ugboma appreciated Apostle Chibuzor for investing in lives and saving the lives of pregnant women by founding the free specialist Hospital.
After bestowing an award on Apostle Chibuzor for his achievements, Dr. Mrs Ugboma gave a brief rundown on the activities recorded in the hospital.
According to her, in just one year of its existence the OPM free specialist Hospital has registered 1,173 women for antenatal care of which 549 babies have been delivered, 19 sets of twins inclusive.
The day ended with Apostle Chibuzor giving cash Gift of 1 million Naira to the hardworking staff of the free specialist Hospital after which he wrapped it all up with a closing prayer.
